Catch some waves and feel the pleasure of riding them. 4elements retreat will take you to see the spot where the biggest waves in the world break (Nazaré) and you will learn a bit more about surf in general. To balance out the Adrenalin from your surf experiences, yoga will be the perfect cure. Homegrown, delicious vegetarian food completes this retreat.

 

NOTE: 4elements retreat youngest staff member Matteo was born in Nov 2020, so there will be a small child around.
