4elements Retreat is a yoga retreat center in A dos Cunhados, Portugal. They offer yoga and meditation classes, which include daily yoga, meditation guidance, relaxation activities, nourishing food, and comfortable accommodation. In addition to regular retreats, they also offer yoga teacher training and special retreats. If you wish to surf too, you can also avail of their surf programs.

The place features 5 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private bathroom. They are simple and comfortable, have showers with good water pressure, and have a hairdryer. They also have WiFi-equipped common areas where you can relax and chill after a long day of activities. They will serve you vegetarian and vegan food, mostly produced from their own garden. Fruit, water, coffee, and tea will also be available for you in between meals.
