4elements retreat is a yoga retreat center in A dos Cunhados, Portugal. Their mission is to provide an escape from reality, and they host a peaceful, inviting, and nurturing environment that allows their guests to disconnect from their everyday lives while being surrounded by nature and oceanside breezes.

They offer yoga & meditation classes, with included daily yoga, meditation guidance, relaxation activities, nourishing food, and comfortable accommodation. In addition to regular retreats, they also offer yoga teacher trainings and special retreats. If you wish to surf too, you can also avail their surf & yoga programs.

The place features 5 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private bathroom. They are simple and comfortable, have showers with good water pressure as well as a hairdryer. They also have WiFi-equipped common areas, where you can relax and chill after a long day of activities. They will serve you vegetarian and vegan food mostly produced from their own garden. Fruit, water, coffee, and tea will also be available for you in between meals.
