Sanskriti is a unique place, the first of its kind in Scionzier, Haute Savoie, where they offer yoga classes and retreats, comfortable and stylish guest rooms, as well as a vegetarian café serving healthy and delicious food.
Set in an exceptional natural setting, they conduct traditional Hatha Yoga classes and retreats, body postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation practice. Courses are open to all ages and can cater to all levels. You also have the option to take the class outside, near the river and the surrounding forest. Various massages like 4 Hands, Reflexology, Pediatric, Ayurvedic, Californian-Swedish, and Lomi-Lomi are also being offered here.
They feature 4 guest rooms equipped with twin-size beds, bathrooms, WiFi, and a relaxing view of the forest. They also serve delicious vegetarian cuisine made from fresh and organic vegetables, homemade juices and smoothies, vegan desserts, a wide variety of teas and coffees, and healthy dishes all day long.
