Samahita Retreat

Samahita Retreat is a purpose-built beachfront yoga, breathwork and fitness centre at Laem Sor on Koh Samui’s south coast. Operating since 2003, it currently offers flexible Yoga & Fitness stays throughout the year alongside fixed-date retreats and teacher trainings, with active 2026 dates and first-party booking.

Accommodation is split between beachfront and garden rooms. The campus includes yoga shalas, a cycle studio, fitness loft, meditation garden, saltwater pools and herbal steam room. Retreat rates generally combine the selected programme, accommodation and buffet meals; wellness treatments and some excursions are separate.
