Email Privacy Notice

Last updated: 12 July 2026

This focused notice explains how BrowseWellness uses information submitted through its mailing-list forms. It does not replace a complete site-wide privacy policy.

What we collect

We collect the email address you enter, the confirmation and subscription status returned by our email provider, and normal technical delivery and engagement information associated with emails, such as delivery, opens, clicks and unsubscribe activity where available.

Why we use it

We use this information to send the BrowseWellness discovery email and occasional relevant retreat, venue or partner offers that you have requested. The signup uses a confirmation step: you are not added as a subscribed contact until you confirm through the email sent to you.

Mailchimp

BrowseWellness uses Mailchimp to manage subscriptions and send email. Information submitted to the mailing list is processed through Mailchimp. You can review Mailchimp’s legal and privacy information.

Your choices

You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any BrowseWellness email. Once unsubscribed, we will not send further marketing email to that address unless you subscribe again. Mailchimp may retain the minimum suppression record needed to respect an unsubscribe request.

Retention and requests

We retain an active mailing-list record while you remain subscribed and delete or suppress it when required to honour an unsubscribe or valid data request. To ask what mailing-list information BrowseWellness holds about you, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question, email hello@browsewellness.com. We may need to verify that you control the address before acting on a request.

No sensitive information

Do not submit health, medical, religious or other sensitive personal information through the newsletter form. The form asks only for an email address.
