FitKoh

FitKoh is a fitness camp and resort in the Mae Nam and Ban Tai area of Koh Samui. Its current programme menu includes general fitness, Muay Thai, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, HYROX, padel, weight-loss and body-transformation packages. Programmes and accommodation are selected separately, with resort rooms and bungalow options available across different budgets.

The operator lists about 1,000 square metres of training space, a strength-and-conditioning gym, a multi-bay training rig, punchbags, boxing rings, a beachside gym and yoga sala, ice baths and two cafes.
