Etnikas is an operating ayahuasca retreat business in San Salvador in Peru’s Sacred Valley. Its current official site advertises three-, five- and seven-day formats, with weekly Monday starts subject to availability. Retreat accommodation is at the centre, while guests are told to reach Cusco early enough to acclimatise before transfer.

The operator says screening includes a health questionnaire and review by a doctor and psychologist, with a doctor present during ceremonies and private transport available for emergencies.
