West Lombok Regency, established in 1958, is a regency of West Nusa Tenggara. It consists of ten districts and its capital is Gerung.

Almost half of the total land area of West Lombok Regency is protected forests. Gold, silver and copper exploration is increasing in its southwest, especially in the Sekotong subdistrict.
