If you’re a yogi looking to boost your practice, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga yoga are also available. Aside from their yoga and sound therapies, which can help remove blockages to restore balance and health, you can also join in their Ecstatic dancing sessions where you can gain calmness and inner peace. Private sessions are also offered, which can be done in your own villa or at their studio, so you can relax and heal at your own pace.
