Nestled in the serene countryside of Castalian Springs, Tennessee, The Farm’s integrative wellness program offers an immersive and thoughtfully curated retreat experience. Guests enjoy balanced nutrition crafted by a Registered Dietitian & Wellness Chef, with daily meals and two snacks tailored to assigned caloric goals (typically between ~1,250 and ~1,750 kcal). Emphasizing sustainability and freshness, menus feature locally sourced produce from the on-site gardens and eggs from their own chickens.
Complementing the nourishing culinary approach, The Farm provides over 7 hours of daily movement, including stretching, yoga, spin, boxing, HIIT, cardio, hiking, and recreational activities—each accompanied by baseline instruction to ensure proper form and adaptability to all fitness levels. The program also emphasizes ongoing learning through educational talks, cooking demos, and workout/recipe resources, as well as holistic self-care with services like massages, chiropractic care, personal training, and nutrition counseling. Even after the stay concludes, participants remain supported via exclusive alumni and accountability communities.
