Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Centre has three locations, namely in Arambol, Dharamkot, and Dharamshala. The centre in Dharamshala has a unique architecture and the garden is a haven of natural beauty whereas the centre in Arambol is embedded in an orchard with a variety of fruit trees just minutes from the beach.
They run a range of Iyengar Yoga Courses, Yoga Teacher Training, Intensive Courses and Silent Retreats at their Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Centres and Yoga Ashram. A Yoga Therapy Course is also offered for those with any kind of ailment seeking an alternative way of healing themselves.
