Soltara Healing Center is an oceanfront retreat center in the mountainous tropical forest of Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula. They work with Peruvian Shipibo master healers and offer plant medicine ceremonies along with other holistic healing modalities. They aim for their guests to find balance, raise cultural awareness, and gain personal empowerment to continue with their lives.

They feature 5-12 nights of Ayahuasca retreat in their 2 locations in Costa Rica, which are inclusive of yoga classes for all levels, Pranayama breathwork, meditation sessions, floral baths with medicinal plants, and access to their fully-stocked jungle gym, a private pool, and creative space for music, art, writing, and dance.

All meals they serve are prepared fresh daily from locally-sourced and organic food. Their accommodation options are decorated with handcrafted Costa Rican ornaments and personal artisanal touches, and you will be surrounded by the soothing sounds of the rainforest and crashing waves while you relax and unwind.

About Guanacaste

Guanacaste is a province located in the northwest region of Costa Rica, along the Pacific Coast. It is known for its incredible beaches and great cultural heritage. Guanacaste is also home to several national parks, including the Rincon de la Vieja National Park, which is known for its active volcano and hot springs, and the Santa Rosa National Park, which is home to a variety of wildlife species.
