The Begnas Lake Resort and Villas

The Begnas Lake Resort and Villas is surrounded by a tropical jungle on three sides and a beautiful lake on the fourth. Their main restaurant comprises of a large, airy dining room, a terrace with the most magnificent views and a cozy bar.

Yoga and Ayurveda are being offered in this resort. They have two yoga teachers trained in Patanjali and Hatha Yoga who run classes twice a day. An Ayurvedic Practitioner is also available to provide you with a detailed treatment plan which does not only include several procedures but also specific diet recommendations, breathing and yoga exercises and routine suggestions.
