New Life Rising

New Life Rising is an intimate, traditional ayahuasca retreat in Costa Rica offering safe, supportive, and deeply personal healing experiences. With a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care, their retreats are intentionally small, with no more than 12 participants, allowing for individualized attention and a deeply held ceremonial container.

They work in the Peruvian Mestizo tradition and the ceremonies are led by experienced facilitators with over a decade of training. Every aspect of the experience is designed to support genuine transformation, from comprehensive preparation and safety protocols to integration support that begins before arrival and continues after guests return home.

The retreat center is nestled in a peaceful jungle setting. For ease of access, airport transfers are provided. Guests stay in comfortable cabins surrounded by nature, with shared meals, yoga, massage, and quiet time woven into each retreat. Over the past ten years, they’ve created a container where guests can soften, trust, and open themselves to the deep healing that ayahuasca offers.
