Sumalee’s open-sided yoga studio provides a tranquil setting for yoga practice on the tropical island of Phuket. This retreat is for beginner’s to intermediate-level yoga practitioners and focuses on the Vinyasa and Hatha styles. Aerial yoga is also offered. It is for people who would like to combine their yoga practice with Muay Thai. The retreat is all-inclusive (breakfast and lunch six days a week) with a specially prepared plant-based menu.
