This retreat is excellent for beginners, and it includes an ayahuasca ceremony where you will drink a plant or vine tea blend with the guidance of a respected shaman couple. This sacred ritual will deepen your connection to higher intelligence and help you understand more of your inner self. The ceremony will be beautiful and calm, and there will be singing and playing.

Apart from the ayahuasca ceremony, different yoga styles like Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Ashtanga will be practised twice daily. You will also enjoy vegetarian or vegan meals and a beach tour through Joao Fernandes beach, Brava beach, Forno beach, and Ferradura beach.
