9 Day 100-Hour Yoga Course in Chiang Mai


Advait Yoga is offering a 9-day, 100-hour yoga and meditation course at Amaravati Wellness Center in Chiang Mai, Thailand. This program is designed to promote self-discovery and establish a regular yoga and meditation practice. Participants will experience Hatha and Ashtanga asana practices, pranayama, mantra chanting, and meditation techniques. The course also includes lectures on yoga philosophy, anatomy, physiology, and an introduction to Ayurveda for a healthy lifestyle. The course is suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners, and the group size is limited to 2-12 participants.

Amaravati Wellness Center is a peaceful retreat located in a lush green environment with various room options, a vegetarian restaurant, yoga shalas, spa center, steam room, and an outdoor swimming pool. Chiang Mai is a picturesque city with a perfect blend of ancient temples and modern buildings.
