The Suan Sati Yoga Retreat in Chiang Mai, Thailand is offering a 6-day Breathwork and Somatic Yoga Retreat that is designed to provide individuals with an opportunity for deep inner healing, clarity, and connection with themselves. The program features transformational breathwork journeys, somatic release activities, yoga styles such as flow/vinyasa, yin, restorative, and meditation, as well as neuroscience-backed practices and a cacao ceremony. The program is suitable for individuals at all levels of experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and is led by experienced instructor Felicity Pearce.
Accommodation at the retreat is simple and eco-friendly, with options for private queen rooms with en-suite, shared twin bungalows with en-suite, or shared dorms. The retreat provides airport transfer from Chiang Mai International Airport and includes 5 nights of accommodation and 3 delicious plant-based meals. The retreat center is located in a peaceful and serene setting, surrounded by the picturesque rice paddies and the backdrop of the mountains.
The daily schedule for the retreat will begin each day with a morning practice, followed by breathwork journeys, workshops, and other activities designed to explore one’s inner and outer world. The program will conclude with a morning practice, breakfast, closing circle, and return to Chiang Mai.
