EnerJane aims to help individuals live well-balanced lives by means of learning about and taking control of their energy. To increase one’s energy levels and lower stress, they promote natural practices including daily yoga, meditation, and consuming natural food and treatments. EnerJane gives individuals the tools they need to take charge of their energy and escape bad patterns and addictions.

Additionally, EnerJane provides private hatha yoga sessions both in-person and online. The program combines Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Iyengar alignment principles, emphasizing proper alignment and injury-free yoga. Aside from yoga classes, they also have a private Tantra Massage Retreat for couples. During this retreat, participants will learn about the tantric massage technique and how the many facets of masculinity and femininity relate to each chakra.
