The Osho Active Meditations team is offering an amazing opportunity to embark on a 5-day retreat in beautiful Mandrem, Goa, India. This retreat is designed to help you learn Osho Active Meditations, mindfulness techniques, and fundamental principles of meditation.
During the retreat, you’ll have the chance to explore seven methods of mindfulness, two Osho Active Meditations, and one passive meditation. With step-by-step guidance and support, you’ll be able to integrate these practices into your daily life and reap the benefits of increased relaxation, reduced stress, better sleep, and hormonal balance.
The retreat center is located on Mandrem Beach in North Goa, which is known for its beautiful palm groves and abundance of tropical flora and fauna. The center is designed to provide a nurturing sanctuary where you can disconnect from technology and tune into the natural rhythms within. The accommodations range from luxury suites to bamboo huts, all of which are thoughtfully designed and provide a comfortable and peaceful space for rest and reflection.
In addition to daily meditation and mindfulness practices, the retreat also includes two yoga sessions, two vegetarian meals daily, and daily evening activities such as kirtan, yoga Nidra, meditation, and sound healing.
