5 Day Kambo Sacred Medicine Cleansing and Healing Retreat With Yoga in Xico, Veracruz

Overview

The Mexico Kambo Cleansing Retreat is a perfect opportunity for individuals looking to reconnect with their mind, body, and spirit in a beautiful and peaceful natural environment. The retreat is designed to help participants immerse themselves in a space of liberation, reflection, and connection, where they can listen deeply both within and around them. The intention of the retreat is to provide a powerful space where individuals can completely reset their body using Kambo, a powerful tool that can help release stress, tension, and negative physical and emotional energies from the body.

The retreat is led by Maria Kiekari, a highly experienced instructor with over 15 years of experience teaching yoga. She is the co-founder of KiekariTerra Institute and Encuerpa Savia, where she teaches somatic transpersonal therapy. Maria is certified in several yoga methods, including the Yoga Detour Method by Cecily Milne, Mindful Strength by Kathryn Bruni-Young, and Yoga Tune Up by Yoga Tune Up Founder Jill Miller. Before the retreat, participants will have a virtual meeting with Maria to help prepare them for the experience.

During the retreat, participants will stay in private tents with all necessary bedding provided, including pads and pillows. There is no electricity, allowing individuals to reconnect with their circadian rhythms and the natural environment around them. The retreat includes three consecutive days of Kambo for a complete mind, body, and spirit detox and restoration. Participants will also take part in a traditional temazcal ceremony, sound healing, and daily somatic practices, including Soma yoga. Vegetarian or vegan meals are included, and participants can enjoy a digital detox as the retreat center is located off the grid in the Cloud Forest in Xico, Veracruz.
