This retreat can be for one person only: one on one retreat OR up to 2 guests max. This retreat is aimed at people looking to reset their health to restore the immune system. To get in better shape physically and spiritually. The instructor will personally guide you and care for your health with acupuncture treatment, morning meditation, body movement, a hike, and/or more depending on your needs. This will happen all within the healing energy of Sedona’s vortexes.
