Overview

Welcome to The Path of Yoga Family! This is a team of experienced yogis, teacher-trainers, and good friends. They have taught dozens of training all over the world and come from a variety of backgrounds, yogic styles, and lineages. Path of Yoga has come together to create this exceptional course and transformational month.

They share a love for a strong yet nourishing dynamic practice married with traditional Hatha. The practically applied philosophy and sacred traditions of the East, married with the discoveries of modern sports science are the essence and heart of this immersion course.

Join Path of Yoga for this transformational month where we will live and breathe yoga together, developing ourselves physically and mentally and learning how to teach these transformative techniques to others.
