Pai Yoga Shala, founded in 2015, is a traditional venue surrounded by rice fields and lush gardens. It has two daily yoga classes and resident teachers that offer a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation and guest teacher workshops. Long-term retreats are also available and they can accommodate all levels.

Events that can help you reset your mind, body and soul are held here from time to time. They work with highly-experienced guest teachers to provide individuals with other experiences such as Piercing Light Breathwork, which encompasses 5 elements of energy healing, yoga postures, bandhas, mudras, sound healing, guided visualization and hypnotherapy.
