Visitors can find the path back to the heart by joining in silent Hridaya Yoga Meditation retreats and practicing Hridaya Hatha Yoga. They then experience love, joy, clarity, and gratitude. The center’s ultimate goal is to improve the setting so that people can express their spiritual essence. The center’s international family is available to assist and accompany visitors during their retreat, offering spiritual counsel and meditation help if needed.
