Visitors can find the path back to the heart by joining in silent Hridaya Yoga Meditation retreats and practicing Hridaya Hatha Yoga. They then experience love, joy, clarity, and gratitude. The center’s ultimate goal is to improve the setting so that people can express their spiritual essence. The center’s international family is available to assist and accompany visitors during their retreat, offering spiritual counsel and meditation help if needed. Safety, care, and relaxation are strongly emphasized.

A large meditation hall with panoramic views, a typical Mexican kitchen and eating area, communal restrooms, dorms, twin rooms, and private cabins are all included in the main house. Large patios, hammocks, and lovely locations for solitary meditation are additional amenities at the center. There is also an organic garden where fresh fruits and vegetables are grown.
