AUM Sound Healing Center

AUM is a sound healing center located on the tropical island of Koh Phangan, Thailand. Their sound healing therapies can help reduce stress, alter consciousness, and create a deep sense of peace, well-being, and better health. They use a combination of sound and sound vibrations to relax your body, ease your pain, and give you a peaceful experience.

Gong Baths, which can broaden the mind and help you reach deep levels of meditation are being offered by AUM. Private sound healing sessions are also available. It lasts for about 60 minutes and can be done in their studios, in their partner resorts, or in your own villa in Koh Phangan. There is also a 4-day Teacher Training course, where participants can learn practical skills, various exercises, and basics of massage, self-massage with singing bowls, and sound healing therapy. This program does not require any special training and you will be able to take part in real group sound healing sessions.
